CONFIRMATION EMAIL:  

• You will receive a confirmation email immediately following your registration that contains a link to your receipt and important course information.
• You must contact us at [email protected] if you do not receive this email AFTER checking your junk / spam mail folder (especially for Hotmail, Yahoo, and most corporate email accounts).

RESCHEDULING:  

• RESCHEDULING:  
• If you need to reschedule your appointment, there is a $30 rescheduling fee.
  When you book with us, we reserve your exclusive time slot and hold that space just for you. This means we often have to turn away other clients who are looking for that same time. The rescheduling fee helps us cover the cost of that reserved space and the administrative work involved in rebooking.
• All courses must be rescheduled within 60 days of the original class date with a maximum of one (1) rescheduled classes.

REFUNDS:  

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL – Course fees will NOT be refunded.
• Blended learning courses are not refundable under any circumstances, including, but not limited to, not having appropriate computer equipment / software capable of running the program or intermittent system outages on part of the AHA.  

NO SHOWS:  

• If a registered participant is a no-show and absent from their scheduled class, the participant will not receive a refund of any kind and is NOT eligible to reschedule.

LATE ARRIVALS:  

• You must be on-time for class, as we cannot delay our class start time to accommodate late arrivals. Arriving late for class will require rescheduling, and the appropriate late rescheduling fee will apply.

CANCELLED CLASS POLICY:

Pulse CPR reserves the right to cancel classes as needed. In the event a class is canceled, registered participants will be offered a transfer to a different class or a full refund.

The above policy applies to any class registration processed through our system, whether online or in-person. By registering for your course, you agree to these terms.  The terms are non-modifiable and non-negotiable once your registration has been processed. 

The Heartsaver and BLS courses we offer satisfy the requirements for certification cards issued in accordance with the guidelines specified by the American Heart Association.

The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in all AHA courses and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the AHA. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the AHA.
