Your certificate or eCard will be available in your RQI account after completing both online course and skill test.

The duration of the online courses varies — for the online/at-home cognitive portion, BLS may take 1 to 2 hours, while ACLS and PALS may take between 2 to 6 hours. In either case, these are followed by a 30 to 60 minute in-person skills assessment in our testing facilities.

An instructor will be at your skills check session helping you with your testing and simulations.

Yes, you must complete the online Heartcode courses for either BLS, ACLS, or PALS before attending your combined in-person skills test.

You’re able to take the online portion of the class and skills as many times as necessary until you complete them successfully. If you have questions during the skills our team will be available by email to assist you.

In the very unlikely event that you are unable to complete the hands-on skills in the hour provided, we will happily schedule you for another available time slot!

Yes, the Healthcare Provider Bundle is fully approved by the American Heart Association and meets all certification standards for BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
